If you would like to pick up your order, we are located in the DM(V) area, Fort Washington,MD. 

For mailed orders please verify and confirm that your order and mailing address are correct. All orders are shipped via USPS and delivered to valid mailing addresses (Monday-Saturday) excluding major holidays.
Please note that it may take 2-3 business days after the order is received to process and obtain shipping information. 


Once the package has been delivered to USPS, orders can take up to 3-8 business days to show tracking and delivery information.

Once orders are shipped, you will recieve a tracking number via email. Please follow this tracking number to track your shipment. 

We are not liable for any issues regarding your shipment once it has shipped including lost or stolen packages.
